With your booked connection package, any number of your team members can hold video conferences with their guests at the same time.
When a conference begins, a connection is reserved for each conference participant. When the conference ends, the connections are free again.

BigBlueButton and many additional features

In addition to the standard features of BigBlueButton (e.g. webcam, audio and screen sharing, private and public chat, participant rights, whiteboards, entry permission, telephone dial-in and much more), we offer you many additional features (e.g. scheduled conferences, conference series, storage for conference media and much more).

Updates without downtime

Your conferences are held on rotating servers that are automatically deleted and reinstalled every 24-48 hours. This allows us to carry out updates to BigBlueButton for you without any downtime.

100% GDPR compliant

Our company, your data and all servers are located in Europe. In addition, all data is deleted from the server directly after the conference ends. By using our tool, you are also supporting European jobs and a company that pays its taxes in Europe.

You can choose between monthly, six-monthly or annual payment intervals.

Depending on the payment interval, different payment methods are available to you:

  • SEPA payment (monthly, 6-monthly and annual payments)
  • Credit card payment (monthly, 6-monthly and yearly payments)
  • Paypal payment (monthly, 6-monthly and yearly payments)
  • Payment on account (only six-monthly or annual payment and activation by our support required)
  • Payment in advance (six-monthly payment only)

Yes, this is possible. Log into the system and select the up/downgrade button under "Contract->Subscription". Select your new package and perform a package upgrade. The upgrade becomes active with the next billing period. If you wish, you can also activate the upgrade immediately for a (pro-rata) one-off payment.

Yes, that is possible. Log into the system and select the up/downgrade button under "Contract->Subscription". Select your new package. If you downgrade, the smaller package is available to you from the next payment interval. This means that you can still use your current larger package until the end of the period you have already paid for. At the end of this period, the system will then renew your subscription with the selected smaller package.

Of course you can also send us your tender documents to support@bbbserver.de. Many of our customers are authorities or public institutions that are forced to place orders via a tendering process.

Of course. Are you looking for a complete solution for an entire organization, an entire association or even an entire federal state? With the directly booked packages (up to 10,000 simultaneous connections), we offer you standard support via email. E-mails are usually answered within 24 hours.
